Several of the organizers of Drupal Design Camp LA 2012 have scheduled an open conference call on on September 18, 2012 between 6-6:45pm Pacific (9-9:45pm Eastern). Anyone who's interested in being part of the organizing effort or is just interested in seeing how this conference is coming together is welcome to join us!

DDCLA 2012 Content Sprint
Join us on Saturday, September 29th 2012 for a Content Sprint for the upcoming Drupal Design Camp LA 2012! We'll be focusing on creating content as it's one of the final phases before we open the site up for registration & submissions.
This sprint will be a virtual sprint as we have contributors who are spread out. We'll be meeting via Google Plus so check back here at 10am PST to see the link for the Google Hangout.

Twig Code Sprint at Droplabs on October 14, 2012
Come get involved, learn and contribute to Drupal!
We're organizing a code sprint for Sunday Oct 14th to help get Twig into core.
Jen Lampton will be joining us to help provide direction and the Twig team will try to flag some novice issues for us to focus on.
This event is the day after Drupal Design Camp LA 2012 at Droplabs in Downtown LA. Please consider signing up for the event and picking the Twig code sprint session there (or signing up here) to receive any announcements or updates.

Join us at Droplabs for a BuildaModule.com mentored training. This training is from 10am to 2pm on Friday Oct 12th.
If you're planning to attend, please signup for the camp event at ddcla.org and pick the training as a session (or signup to this event below). We'd like to connect with you in advance to know you're coming, as space may be limited.
This training will be focused on Site Building. Please bring a wifi enabled computer that you can use to connect to the internet and watch videos on (and a set of headphones).
