When is the next DrupalCamp Western Mass planning meeting? We should probably get a list of duties together so folks can volunteer to help through the day.
Can we use the camp site as a central location to pass along needed info?

A next meeting
There is a next meeting on Wednesday December 29 at 6-9pm, to rough out the schedule, tracks, etc. Location hasn't been decided. Ping JacobSingh or kidizzle if you are interested in attending. I'm going to be on vacation in NYC but try to check in via Skype.
We started a list of "Thing that need doing" for the home stretch and the day of the event. But I don't know where in cyberspace that list is. David Hamilton may be the person who typed it. But I do think we need another generalish meeting. Perhaps another meeting about details for the space and thing could happen concurrently on Wed. 29th.

Dear all,
Not sure yet if I can make the meeting Friday.
I have suddenly got all of my time booked, and then some, since I started Monday as a software engineer at imbee.com and have private clients to take care of on Sundays. Still working from home, just with infinite work on one site and colleagues mainly in PST. Just wanted to explain why I have been less involved in organizing the coming camp than I anticipated.
If I can manage it with work -- I'd like to come tomorrow. Since it is going to happen at a a reasonable time for PST folks, I will have to arrange with my new colleagues.
