We provide high quality Drupal instruction in a price bracket that non-profits and small businesses can afford. You'll get eight solid hours of training for a great rate.

Network Solutions says Drupal is "very bulky software"
I have something I think is interesting that I'd like to float by you all.
I've been approached by a client to assist with his Drupal installation on Network Solutions. In short, it's slow and producing errors.
In the Network Solutions control panel, you can install a default copy of Drupal. It has a basic installer and a module adding interface. Knowing that NetSol wouldn't even talk to me for a custom install, I installed their default copy. I then used their tool to enable Devel.

Hey folks,
I was thinking of putting together a little unconference style event at our office next Saturday, March 12th for folks who aren't able to make it out to Drupalcon. Is anyone interested in this? It could also be a cool time for people who did attend to present on the topics they learned about at various sessions.

MassChallenge has a website built in drupal and more work than we can possibly get done alone. Hold your event in our awe inspiring space, take advantage of our free beer, pool table, ping pong table, fooz ball table and xbox afterwards, and possibly help us install a module or two while having fun! No commitment to actually doing work is required, but we do ask permission to beg for help at the beginning or end of your meeting. :) Don't like working for free? Let's settle it with a best of three in eight ball.

Calling students: Well, Hello Drupal!
Probably most people involved in the Boston Drupal User's group are well too advanced for this event.
I wonder if you might help us by referring this link specifically to students who would consider using Drupal, but haven't had any experience with it yet?
Event Registration: http://hellodrupal-march2011.eventbrite.com/
Blog post: Well, Hello Drupal!
About the event: Hello Drupal!

Join us for a workshop at Acquia's Woburn office. This is suitable for students and career switchers who might consider a career in open source web development.
During this workshop you will experience using Drupal, and learn about the community as well. We'll tell you about the kinds of jobs available, and how you can determine which is right for you. You'll also talk to professional developers who work at Acquia, and find out what it's like to be at a busy start up. And you'll get to use Drupal and see how it works, and understand why so many companies, organizations and agencies are using it.

Hi folks,
Me again. This may be a dumb question, but how so I get permission to submit a project to D.o? I read through the documentation, but it takes me through a loop sending me back to the same "Access Denied" page for creating projects. Is there a form I need to complete to have my permissions increased?
Read moreWorkflow modules for Drupal 7
Hi folks,
I am rebuilding our website in Drupal 7 and I want to build in a simple content publishing workflow process. I would typically use the Workflow module, but there don't seem to be any plans for creating a D7 version. I took a look at Maestro, which seems very powerful for creating business process workflows, but overkill for editing workflows among small teams.
Does anyone have recommendations on approaches to building out workflow processes in Drupal 7? I was thinking of just using Rules and Fields, but I would love to hear any other recommendations.

Hi Everyone,
I have a website with the Newsflash template, I just upgraded to 6.20, everything was fine, I updated the database, then I needed newer versions of CCK and Views, and once I uploaded those and tried to run cron, I get an error message on the page instead. I have tried Googling it, and have searched on Drupal.org, but CANNOT find the answer!!! I tried uploading the older versions of CCK and Views one at a time, and I still get this error:
Fatal error: Class 'view' not found in ...../includes/common.inc(1696) : eval()'d code on line 2

Read morePlanning free Drupal training for students in Boston area universities or colleges
Hello Boston folks!!
The Acquia office building has a good sized venue for training, and we'd like to open it for students to join us for a peek into Acquia, into the Drupal community, and get hands-on training with Drupal. This would be appropriate for both undergraduate students and career changers who've gone back to school.
I'm looking for some contacts in area colleges and universities. I need some advice about the best time to schedule training, the best way to reach out to interested students, and how to contact the open source groups in the area colleges and universities.
