I have a fairly large room, about 240 sq. ft, in a shared office space on Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks. My office mate has moved on, and I am seeking a drupal developer as a new office mate.
In the shared office space, we have a talent agency, a graphic designer, a modeling agency, and me. I'm an intermediate Drupal developer, with fairly significant software development skills outside of web development, plus an MBA. I'm a freelance consultant that wears multiple hats, currently working with the graphic designer from this shared office space on several web sites, and I'm using Drupal for all of them.
The room itself is large enough for 3 people easily. We have one hard-line phone, in office mini-fridge, and a good wi-fi internet connection. A window looks over Ventura blvd, but its not really a view of any merit. We have free parking, a waiting area for clients, and convenient access to fast food, as well as organic food.
We have a great mix of personalities in this shared space, so my primary aim is to find someone personable with the added benefit of being a drupaler.
This is a great deal: $275 per month!
