Using Captcha with Multichoice Question
Has anyone implemented Captcha with a multichoice question? The captcha is working fine on a standard form - ie user login form. When I try to add it to a quiz question, using the form id quiz_question_answering_form, the captcha appears but the user can bypass without answering the captcha. I've tried multiple implementations - math, css, draggable, unrelated word - all show the same behvaior.
I'm stumped, any suggestions?
Thanks!

The Confident CAPTCHA module, a picture-based approach to CAPTCHA, has been updated for Drupal 7.
Check it out here and please let us know your feedback: http://drupal.org/project/confident_captcha
The new version supports international languages, has an audio option for the visually impaired, and gives website administrators the ability to brand the CAPTCHA with their own website logo, if they wish.
We're working on a version of Confident CAPTCHA that is optimized for use on mobile websites and will have it available soon. We'll keep you updated.

I'm using the Captcha module in a multi-step form that contains two steps; the Captcha field resides on the second step.
When I hit "Previous" button to navigate to the first step and then go back to the second step of the form, the captcha field disappears.
Can you please advice me how to keep the captcha field all the time on the second step ? I'm not a Drupal programmer, so if someone could share some sample code, it would be great.
Here are the most important methods from the code I'm using:
<?php
function multistep_form($form, &$form_state) {
Audio captcha ALMOST usable by those who need it
I am sighted and until recently I would never use Mollom or captcha since I personally could not understand the audio. Recently I decided to implement captcha on our Drupal registration form and asked our staff to test and received the feedback below. I personally think that an instruction to just enter the first letter of each word could be added - (I was confused).

Okay, I'm developing a new site and about to hit my wits end on this. Using Drupal Version 6.16 and was using captcha 6.21 but have temporarily gone back to a beta 3 version of 2.0 since someone else had posted this "fixed" the problem. Returned back to 6.21 since my efforts were to no avail.

earlier today, i drafted what i considered a thoughtful, yet quick, reply to a comment upon the development of an accessibility statement for Drupal (http://groups.drupal.org/node/39134#comment-155813), but my comment was identified as possible spam, so i was required to take a CAPTCHA test in order to authenticate my comment, but when i attempted to use the audio captcha, the page refreshed, completely wiping out almost a half-an-hour's work which i had put into my response...

Hi folks, I'm wondering if you have any suggestions because we're at the end of our rope! The web site I manage has been hit with a flood of new user registrations that are NOT people authentically trying to join our community. Since this started on October 1st, we have been getting approximately 10 new users per hour, 24-7. The IP addresses are almost always unique and the profile information is different each time, sometimes with spammy links, sometimes not.
