taxonomy

Jag har ett vocabular som jag som jag kopplar till en nodtyp (cck).
Jag vill att när man skapar noden, efter att tvingas att välja en term, skapar en under-term till den man valt med hjälp av nodens titel.
Har letat men hittar inget och tycker att det inte borde vara så svårt.

unfortunately, my taxonomy_term_page.tpl.php file is not being processed.
did i miss anything? is there any hidden undocumented magic that makes it work?

så vill jag att fetfri och mums ska använda olika theman.
Dvs att det är olika sidor under huvudsidan.

I'm looking to display a multi-level taxonomy tree in a Flex app using the tree control, as a first step for more advanced functionality. Being new to Flex and to services/amfphp, I was wondering if anybody has some sample flex code that uses the taxonomy.getTree service and translates the returned array into something that can be displayed in Flex. I say "translate", because looking at the returned array it doesn't seem to be what Flex would be expecting (though I might be wrong here).

Please forgive me for the long winded way in which I am about to present this to you. I only wish to explain in full detail the reason for this topic and question.

I have been developing a site for awhile now and I was recently attempting to use taxonomy filtering, for example "term/103,305" to create a combo search feature. However, for some reason when I attempt to combine the two term id's instead of it showing only results that are listed with both of the terms it's showing all of the results from both terms.

Is it possible to use workflow with a permission based on term? I.e. a publishing workflow, every article is assigned to one (or more) term in a vocabulary. Each editor can access into only certain terms.

I'm working on a site: http://www.articleinsider.com.

It looks like the person who originally set up the site chose to use article Taxonomy rather than Menus to organize the site, which contains 50,000+ articles.

Here are the issues for discussion:

1) What are the benefits of a taxonomy organization over a menu organization?

2) It seems that on some category level pages, there are articles (which rotate as you refresh the page) - while on other category level pages, there are simply links to articles or subcategory pages.

I am building a site and I want to manage certain posts and I thought I'd tap the local community for some advice on how to set it up properly.

The site would allow users to submit news articles. Free tagging will be implemented. I have 'news' set up as a term in taxonomy with the list of associated terms. My question is how do people view all 'news'?

Nu är jag här och frågar igen, har letat överallt men finner inte det jag letar efter. Jag vet inte om jag har tänkt helt fel, men jag har gjort en sida där jag har gjort ett antal olika roller och gett dem rättighet att editera sitt egna innehåll. Jag har även använt taxonomy access permission för att sätta vilken taxonomy som tillhör vilket innehåll, och vad de får göra med det.
