Files mostly non-update

So my computer died completely and I've been in the process of moving. But nonetheless I've made some progress. Since I am going to be making a batch against core I decided to make a bazaar branch. I'm mirroring this publicly and is accessible by the following command if you run linux.

bzr checkout http://drupal.codeincarnate.com [your location]

I'll be updating this mirror periodically and a lot more stuff will be going into it in the next couple weeks.

extend case tracker module - week 2 status

Last weekend I spent more time on the design document, I also spent time playing with many various modules to see about integration with the extend case tracker module. I have been working on a mock design and how things will function and integrate. I also started looking at all the existing case tracker module code to see how things are interacting with other modules and what type of functionality exist there. I had a discussion with yoroy and with Dave Notik (sponsor of the case tracker module) about usability and design.

Google style mini-menus module now available

Hello Usability group!

I'm happy to announce that the MiniMenus module is now available. This module has been in use on CivicSpace sites for some time, and I recently got permission to open source it and begin maintaining the module in my free time for the community.
It's been tweaked since last fall with feedback from CivicSpace users, and I've personally grown to depend on it.

See here:

There is now a very compelling reason to polish (and use) the sitemaps module that we had developed in 2005 as a Summer of Code project.

Google's Froogle and ecommerce

Is anyone working on a module to export the catalog to a suitable Google Base feed for Froogle?

I have a client that I switched over from osCommerce to Drupal.ecommerce. We found that having the feed exported to Froogle weekly dramatically increased sales at the store (from none to some). The philosophy behind Drupal.ecommerce could make the feed much more effective, but not necessarily easy to do.

Google Docs - a good example?

This looks like where we want to go. I haven't had a chance to test the SoC module yet, but this one seems like a winner.

Drupal search engine optimization is a full time job

Well, I just found about this group (and groups.drupal.org) today, and I've been using Drupal for over a year! I see this group for SEO has 59 subscribers, and yet I hadn't seen any posts from any of you on seo in the main drupal forums. Why is that? If I had seen mention of this before, I would have joined as soon as I found out - and there are questions that people are asking all the time about SEO in the main forums that deserve answers. I've been trying to answer all the ones that I can find.

I posted twice in the last month in the main forums to solicit input regarding an article I wrote on my web site: How to Optimize a Drupal web site for Google and other Search Engine Crawlers. I was surprised to find I didn't get a shred of feedback. The post has been viewed almost 1,200 times on my site and I've not gotten any feedback there either.
