panels

Have an existing website with multiple Views on a single page built with Panels module. Each of the views uses Pager. When any of the Pagers are clicked all of them advance. How can I make it so that each of the Pagers work interdependently?

1 Không thể thêm thuộc tính background-image: url() vào css của panel mình tạo được. Các thuộc tính khác thì ok hết.

Det konstiga är, att om jag klickar på respektive flagga vid landningssidan så byts inte språket, men om jag först klickar någonstans på menyn, och sedan byter språk då går det.

Vidare verkar det som om den inte minns språket när menyn används. Jag har försökt läsa på om det, men har inte fattat hur jag på ett smidigt sätt skapar en meny som riktas om när språket bytts.

We continued to have remote users participate in our meetup via Skype and TeamViewer.

On a site with panels and views you have the option to create a display as a block or a pane.
What are the pros and cons? As far as I can see a block is more flexible than a pane and more universal, what was the reason for creating a pane display?

to log user activity on a community site I'm using the heartbeat module. I wrote a custom module to utilize heartbeat functions. I tried using the Views module with the heartbeat views integration but that's not as flexible as I need it to be. I'm testing my configuration with the "Public Heartbeat Stream" which comes with the heartbeat module (/heartbeat/publicheartbeat). Everything seems to work the way I want it to.

What I need now is to integrate the public stream into a panels page (panels module). And that's were I'm stuck right now :(. How can I do this?

It's my understanding that there is a movement to do away with (or at the very least heavily overhaul) blocks in Drupal8 and move toward the more flexible Panels system of rendering pages. I am an advocate and thing Earl is an advocate but am not certain just how much traction/support this movement has. I bring it up here because I would like to know how this might impact Fusion themes and the Skinr module and whether you guys embrace this possible development or see no need to do so (at least for the time being).

Do you think we are better off designing with one region or with many?

I been with drupal for quite some time, havent used other cms's on market but often i heard D is one of most harder to do and learn. Compering to WP for example i was often tempted to try and learn wp as sometimes it seem development of sites was too slow in drupal and in the end its all about time.

I would like to know whether it´s possible to use an URL like "/example/%arg/%node" in Panels for overriding nodes.

The thing is that I´d like to organize the pictures of a gallery as follows:
- the node "photo" has a reference to node "category" via node reference.
- I use "Custom Pagers" module to navigate within the "photo" nodes.
- I want the navigation to be organized in two ways:

1= navigation by category with the URL "/gallery/%category/%node-photo". In this case, the pager will hold the navigation through all the pictures included in the same category.

I am trying to create a page that has multiple similiar views. I want to allow the user to be able to filter on different years using a drop down. All the views should change to reflect what the user selects. Is this possible?

I'm trying to use arguments passing with Panels but they seem to be URL based which isn't exactly what I want.

Anyone one else had to do this before?
