Isovera has just launched a new module that should bring a smile to the face of anyone that posts jobs on their website and does not want to have to repeat that same process on myriad online job boards across the interwebs.
It's currenting in the sandbox, so we would love for you to try it out. More information on the module is at: http://drupal.org/sandbox/remydenton/1972978
Here is all you need to do, though:
* Install the module (still in the sandbox, so we want some feedback)

ad-hoc DUG meetup? Talking about Tour and walkthroughs in Drupal
I will be in Boston on the 18th and the 19th of April and since there is no User Group meetup planned I was wondering if we could maybe organize one :)
This weekend I'm giving a talk in London at Frontend United about Tour module in D8 core and how you will be able to use the Walkthrough project to create Tours for Drupal. Are there people who would like to see a live demo of the tool and discuss how it could be used for your own projects?
Ideally we could do this as a proper DUG meetup, but alternatively we could also just meetup for a beer in a pub...

At the Boston Drupal meetup that was at Acquia this month, several presentations were focused on "what's new in Drupal 8" from the view of several people who now work at Acquia. I loved it. There were other presentations, as well (including one of my own!), and I really enjoyed seeing the Boston Drupal group again after many months.
During the questions and answers part of the meetup, I asked Dries if he was considering naming a security maintainer for Drupal 6 when Drupal 8 is released. (In case you didn't know, support for Drupal 6 will be discontinued by the Drupal core and security teams. See the handbook page on backwards compatibility at https://drupal.org/node/65922 for more, including Dries' original statement on the subject in 2006.)

The last Monday of every month, our casual group gets together in a Google Hangout to explore and contribute to Drupal 8.
For the first hour we explore the current state of development. Each person comes prepared with 1 area of interest, suggesting a starting point to the group (see links below for possibilities) and giving a brief, casual walk-through.
For the second hour we test patches and post our results to the issue queue.

Drupal in Education - New Website & Google+ Community
With the use of Drupal growing so rapidly in the Education field and with there being close to 80 people at the Drupacon Denver Education BOF, I think that it is time for us to unite and built a great community where we can all share ideas.
Again we are in the "very" beginning phases of building our community but would really like some input from as many people as possible.
Currently we have a website with just a form to collect information and a Google+ community.
