Improving web conferencing tools
Hi,
Web conferencing is becoming more an integral part of how we collaborate yet we seem to have problem upon problem and every time try out different services. Webchick said happy to hear about alternatives that are as inclusive as a phone, I believe the open source ones will connect using asterisk.
We've had issues on call quality, costs, scaling, so thinking a little longer term would it be good to investigate investing in our own infrastructure for this? Or perhaps work with other projects who may have similar issues?

Drupalcamp Arad (Romania)
The 2012 Romanian Drupalcamp will take place in the city of Arad, during 17th and 18th of November. This is the third major event of the Drupal Romania Association after its founding, back in 2010. Previous Drupalcamps were held in Timișoara (2010) and Bucharest (2011).

Drupal training event on Global Drupal Training Day - September 14th, PUNE
According to DA's (Drupal Association) training initiative to promote Drupal, 14 September 2012 is the next Global Drupal Training Day.
Lets get the community in our area together and hold a meetup/training session in Pune on 9/14.
