Holy Cow! There is a meetup in Old Town Pasadena this Monday and there hasn't been an event created! Please join us for another Old Town Pasadena Drupal Meetup! The meetup will be held on Monday, May 2, 2011 from 7-9pm. Everyone is invited. Please bring laptops and chargers if you would like to follow along. There will be time for discussion and job announcements.
Please RSVP by signing up below so we know how many to accommodate. Depending on the turn out we may need people to bring chairs. If you can't attend this month's meetup but would like to come to one in the future, we will be hosting meetups on the first Monday of each month.

We had such a great time at Luck Baldwins at last month for the Pasadena Drupal After Dark I propose we do it again.
What is Drupal after Dark? After a Drupal meet-up many of as continue talking Drupal in a casual setting while having a beer, cocktail or some food. We usually go to a near by restaurant, or bar. It is a great way to get to know your follow Drupalroos. All are Welcome.
Luck Baldwins is a really beer University, it has more than 50 beers on tap, many form Belgium. The staff is very passionate and knowledge - they take their beer very seriously. This place is a must for beer lovers. Luck Baldwin’s has a full food menu.

Proposed Talk for Tonight's Meet -up
Darleen’s great talk on kerning last month really got me thinking. Not only did it improve the design of my web sites, I also realized that the implementation of kerning on web sites can serve as the prefect example of on how designers and developers can successfully work together.
Everybody agrees that for Drupal to grow we need more and better themes. And key to meeting this goal is welcoming designers into the Drupal community. For me the foundation to the successful partnership between designers and developers is knowledge of, respect for the other’s profession.
My talk will try foster this foundation, and lay a framework for its growth.
After I make my remarks I would like to open the floor for discussion.
If you have been in a designer developer relationship, I would like to encourage you to attend tonight’s meet up. We would like to hear about your successes and challenges.
I'd like to do a lightning
I'd like to do a lightning talk on how I'm using the Views Bulk Operations module to find & eliminate user profile spam on a community site.
This is something that I've had to learn the hard way over the past 6 months and hope others can learn from my experiences. I'll briefly cover using Mollom to limit the creation of spam and VBO, Views & Userpoints to keep it clean.
