Good presentation John.

Drush is a very useful tool. I did wish there was a way to do db update process, update core, and activate/uninstall modules/themes, but I guess that's what version 2.0 is for.

Worry not, there are other modules that use Drush to do those things (like Aegir and the Drush Module Manager).
