I'm new to Ubercart and have a question about credit card payment gateways. I've searched around and asked at the Ubercart forums, but can't seem to get an answer. I was hoping someone could shed some light on this.
For handling credit card processing on Ubercart for Drupal 7, I only see Authorize.net and Paypal as options. My client has a virtual terminal through Capital Bankcard and wanted to use that.
If that is not an option, is there a downside to having my client use Authorize.net or Paypal instead?
Thank you for your help.

Authorize.net is a good
Authorize.net is a good solution - their customers remain on the site, and through someone like MerchantWarehouse.com, you can get a very low rate for usage of the Authorize.net service.
I don't have experience with PayPal's payment gateway for Ubercart, although I understand they operate within their own reality shell, and are capable of randomly deciding a given online operation is violating some random policy they made up and will freeze the client's transaction funds for indefinite periods. Apparently, this is not uncommon!
Thanks for your input. I'm
Thanks for your input. I'm pretty new to the ecommerce stuff, so your input is helpful.
My client told me that his merchant account through Capital Bankcard supports Authorize.net, so I guess Authorize.net is a service any bank can use as an online terminal...
