First off, this is not a Drupal-specific event. It is for Adobe's new release of CS6, Creative Cloud and their Touch Apps. I recognize some of you are FOSS purists and if this post offends you in some way, please feel free to down-vote it if you want.

On the other hand, I believe other members of the Drupal community use Adobe tools for media creation and may find this interesting.

Adobe recently released revamped versions across their entire line of software. Long-time LA Drupal members ShaRon and Me (Jerry Witt, mcfilms) helped put this event together, along with over a dozen others and with support from Adobe. We invite you join us at The Olympic Collection in West L.A. on Sunday, June 10, 2012 for the Adobe CS6 launch party . This all-day event starts at 8:30 AM and runs until at least 5PM. If you pre-register NOW (before June 8th) tickets are $35. Otherwise it's $50 at the door.

CSnextLA will give you the inside track into what's new in the Adobe CS collection of apps. But it will also introduce you to Adobe's new Creative Cloud service and Touch Apps. Your admission includes lunch and a fantastic bag-o-swag. Depending on attendance we have three, possibly four Creative Suites to give away in raffles and attendees can also win a Creative Cloud trial membership.
