Is there anyone who can help me figure out a workable solution with integrating UPS/USPS shipping with an Ubercart installation?
I'm having a hell of a time setting all this up and could really use help.
Thanks

What do you need that is missing?
Fedex looked straight forward. I assume UPS is the same.
Have you activated the Shipping module?
Have you installed/activated/configured the UPS module?

Yeah, shipping module is
Yeah, shipping module is installed. This ups online tool settings clearly is leaving out a lot of necessary things that must be done.
Those two are the easiest there are...
They are the built in ones... just get an account from them and put in the info in the module admins in Store Configuration / Shipping and pick the plans you want.
Be sure to set weights on your products to make things easy.
Be sure and set a ship from address in the main store configuration.
What exactly are you having trouble with - please be extremely descriptive... don't make the helpers ask all the questions, be specific.
OK so teh problem seems to be
OK so teh problem seems to be configuring the Packaging options.
I am getting all sorts of errors, ranging from the "The requested service is invalid from the selected origin." to "The package option was not compatible."
Basically, it seems like I have to set up some packaging options somehow and it's just completely unclear to me how/what to set up?
For example, in a product, besides setting a weight I have to select a "Package Type" for the UPS shipping. I'm going through all the options and there seems to be a problem with all of them. There is also a "Default Product Shipping Type" option that is populated with only Small Package and Envelope. I don't know if this is part of the problem.
The problem it seems with the USPS is that my username isn't recognized. I don't know if I need a special kind of account to have API access but I just went to USPS and created an account. I emailed to find out if special API access needed to be requested separately.
This is a brief summary of the problem. It just hasn't been as simple as you would expect and I'm getting close to just trying to set up Flat Rate as a backstop in the meantime.
I'm wondering if it has
I'm wondering if it has something to do with having a "Test API access" or "PRoduction API Acess"
I'm trying to get Production API Access right now, but the UPS website is freaking arcane in figuring out what the hell they want.
It's asking for Bill of
It's asking for Bill of Lading information in order to get Production API access?
What the hell is that?
I'll send you a screen cap of some average setup screens of usps
I'll send you a screen cap of some average setup screens of usps and ups this evening (busy with development w/ client at the moment.) Some shipping options are not part of some plans... if you don't have those shipping accounts setup you may want to get flat rate running. Most clients I have who ship stuff already have these credentials before I start actual development.
I'll post screen caps here.
Is there an Ubercart guru in
Is there an Ubercart guru in LA that would be willing to just run over my installation to provide tips and possible suggestions on how to take advantage of all the features; ensure that shipping is set up well; and that I'm utilizing SEO tools as well as I can be using them.
I would really like to have someone to reference perhaps learn a few things from. I'm happy to pay a per diem for this!
Thanks
Shipping Labels
Does anyone know how to interface the UPS module to UPS for Label Printing. There is a quite complex certification process involved and absolutely no information how to complete it using Ubercart (or any other open source shopping cart system for that matter).
