Hollywood Drupal "Drupal 7 Wednesdays" starting this Wednesday, October 6

The Drupal 7 critical issues are now below 20. Even there is no beta release yet it seams we have a very stable alpha. Starting October 6th 2010 we will start a weekly Hollywood Drupal workshop (Wednesdays) which will focus on Drupal 7. Like the name says, it's in Hollywood in my back yard.

At this point I am note quite sure what it will turn out to be but we will start with a presentation by Christefano. The title is Download and extend your site from Drupal Gardens. We'll add some modules that are not available on Drupal Gardens yet. Views, Rules, and Commerce. Install everything locally and see where the pitfalls are.

This whole thing could be more then one session. We will see how it goes. Everybody is welcome. RSVP is required. Please sign up below. We have limited space. Approximately 15 people more or less. I will have some chips, dip, water, Coronas and BBQ Chicken. Bring something for the BBQ or a side dish. As far as parking. The residential street I am on has restricted parking. I have two parking passes for parking right in the front of the house. First come first serve. There is plenty of parking around the area just one or two blocks away. I will post a map once we have our RSVP's together.
