So, my father-in-law gave me Using Drupal for Christmas, I already have it though. Wondering if anyone could suggest another good book? He also gave me Cracking Drupal. I was thinking of maybe getting my hands on a Drupal 7 book? Anyone here have any experience or recommendations?

We should have a Portland Drupal 7 Release Party on the newly-announced release date (January 7). The company I work for wants to celebrate our new yolink module by buying everyone some beer. Any venue possibilities?

Happening January 7th, 2011 at 300 Beale St in San Francisco at the Marker Seven Patio. Please just give a quick indication you are going by signing up there, or on the local event signup here: http://groups.drupal.org/node/113234 That way we can get a rough idea of people count (since we have a generous offer for some kegs depending upon # of people).

Drupal 7 står runt knuten och det måste firas ordentligt. Vi på NodeOne kommer självklart festa denna dag och undrar om du också vill följa med. För att hitta en lämplig lokal och plats skulle vi vilja pejla av intresset bland medlemmar i communityt. Vill du följa med och var skulle du vilja att festen går av stapeln? Har du några andra idéer eller förslag på hur vi kan fira så är det fritt fram att diskutera här.

Could maintainers (et al.) post their current plans for Drupal 7 versions of mapping solutions? I haven't seen anything in drupal.org/project/modules yet. Thanks!
