BAD Event Diversification (Ladder / Enterprise / Marketing) ("BEDLEM")
Yes, I am going to purposely make a silly acronym for everything :D
As with Drupal itself, there is never one answer for what type of events we need for Drupal. Then there's timing - some people can't make Mondays, some can't make evenings, etc. I'm a great believer in what one of the Drupal London guys said in Munich about having more, smaller events. That doesn't mean we shouldn't have the big ones too, but we can achieve more being small pieces loosely joined.

As you may have heard by now, the 4th annual Design for Drupal Camp is happening in Boston July 14th and 15th at MIT's Stata Center in Cambridge. As a community-led camp, we need your session submissions! The sessions this year will focus on four primary areas: Visual Design, User Experience, Theming, and Site Building. Submissions are due by Tuesday, July 3rd, 2012, and we'll be posting a draft of the session schedule by Sunday, July 7th.

I have found previous posts about this and a D6 module called 'Multi Node Add'. Does anyone know of a D7 module or proposal that might help? I only need one targetted at adding a set of events (perhaps 10 at a time) adding initial content to 'title' and 'when' fields.

The next SoCal Code Camp conference at Cal Sate Fullerton was just announced. This is a great conference for networking and learning. I participated in the last conference back in October and made an introductory presentation on Drupal. The audience response was excellent. In fact the organizers of the conference talked to me and asked to promote the conference with the drupal community. They would like to see more drupal content at their conference.
