GSOC idea: Integrate Drupal & CollectiveAccess (open source collection management software)
I am currently working on a (set of) module(s) to integrate Drupal with CollectiveAccess, an open source PHP collection management system that is focussed towards cataloguing, maintaining and managing collection data. This software is getting quite some traction with museums, archives and other institutions that require digital collections.

This is a module that allows the integration of a Drupal installation with a custom Node.js app. It provides an API so that Node.js developers can directly read and write in Drupal's repository, using constructs like node, user, permission, etc., without having to worry about the underlying implementation and setup of the Drupal installation.

Hi,
actually I don't know the differences between AJAX, JavaScript and jQuery. But before answering here, maybe a wiki page is missing and could be mentioned in the group description?
In many groups such info lacks in the description. Yes I'm familiar with groups, but from Yahoo and the Dutch http://Clubs.nl (they WERE the first & the best, Yahoo bought the software and made a cut down version for its groups). So I'm not that happy with the features and design of Drupal groups, but that's another issue...
Read moreDrupal on Enterprise Service Bus - DoESB
I am hopping to solicit feedback and to find mentor(s).
Overview: Drupal on Enterprise Service Bus will provide a UI to an Enterprise Service Bus such as ActiveMQ or MuleESB or GlassFish and will provide Drupal access to said ESB without forking Drupal Core.
Description: Drupal is not a stand-a-lone player and as is popularity increases in business/enterprise applications including business intelligence, e-commerce, intranets and ERP so does the need for integrations. DoESB will help focus such "one-off" efforts to the assembly line of a common ESB with much lower entry barriers. The applicant is currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science, has participated in Drupal based website implementations, is a member of the EFF, FSF and IEEE, and is a true believer of the public commons importance.

Hi all!
Overview:
This project intends to enable Drupal importing data from various existing WebAPIs (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, XML, RDF, etc) and put it into Drupal's element (nodes, users, database data, etc..)
This is achieved by utilizing Views and Feeds module in Drupal.
The process of importing external data from WebAPIs will be:
external WebAPIs -> Views -> Feeds -> Drupal (nodes, users, database data, etc..)

Hello I want to use openatrium for our non-profit young organization. We will make groups of interest or work each about a separate topic. We would also like to have a normal website. Does atrium plays well both roles?
What I have in mind is every group to have its blog, and chosen articles from these blogs to be visible in the public site. Also some parts of the calendar, the whole wiki, etc. Doe atrium has these kind of modifications, or else do you think is easy to get my way in atrium's source code?
thanx in advance

Integrating Open Atrium Intranet with Corporate Drupal Website
Hi,
We're using Drupal for our corporate website, and we're thinking about using Open Atrium for our Intranet. I want to streamline our processes and avoid double entry as much as possible.
These are the use cases:
- Our corporate website has login / pass fields in which our partners or employees can login. If our partners or employees login, then they are routed to Open Atrium.
