Estoy haciendo un proyecto para una pequeña oficina dependiente de una universidad

la idea es crear una plataforma donde los usuarios puedan subir sus proyectos (archivos pdf) para que departamentos delegados lo revisen deacuerdo a la etapa en que se encuentran y su proyecto vaya caminando entre las etapas (roadmap) recibiendo visto bueno de los evaluadores

son 3 tipos de usuario
-los encargados de proyectos
-los evaluadores
-la oficina que presta esta plataforma que tiene acceso a todo

alguna idea? que modulos me recomiendan?

users who own projects can upload their progress (pdf files) and can be reviewed by departments responsible for the revision and thus advance their project in a roadmap or a series of booths evaluating their project

Buen dia, realizamos una intranet con drupal pero no se que servidor windows o linux es recomendable para montar una intranet :S es para una empresa mediana, y lo que se va a hacer es sólo manejo de archivos por el momento.

I'm working on a intranet project and evaluating the possibility to use drupal as a cms where using services module (if possible) integrate other web applications , i.e authenticate in drupal on some kind of Single sign on or ldap database, and be able to access an external web application from drupal

Hi, missing a link to an informative page/wiki on the IntraNet group page; about ways to accomplish a Drupal IntraNet and pros & cons of different methods doing so? Maestro is a workflow module for Drupal which is in development by Nextide. We have created a design spec for this application, which we would like to share with the Drupal community for feedback. Maestro will be based on an existing workflow application Nextide has developed on another OS platform. Rather than a simply porting over the application, we would like to take the right steps to ensure it is properly integrated into Drupal.

We are building our new intranet on Drupal. We are a group of companies, i.e. our organizational structure consists of sub-companies, which again have sub-companies or departments, which also can have sub-departments and/or employees belonging to them. We need to have this organizational structure in our Drupal-based intranet system, both:
1) in terms of content: displaying the corporate structure as a hierarchical list of companies, sub-companies, departments; displaying employee listings per company and department;

We're using Drupal for our corporate website, and we're thinking about using Open Atrium for our Intranet. I want to streamline our processes and avoid double entry as much as possible.

These are the use cases:

1. Our corporate website has login / pass fields in which our partners or employees can login. If our partners or employees login, then they are routed to Open Atrium.
