Read moreViews Table - How to add a horizontal scroll bar?
I'm currently pulling my hair out trying to - with what I thought would be a simple fix - get a horizontal scroll bar to appear within a View's table.
I have a silly example just to see if anyone can help using Firebug or similar, as the production site is not yet available (I could then apply this fix to the real site).
The Views Table appears at http://www.yousayuk.com/page/about-us under the title 'test-3' and just pulls in some random data to demonstrate how the table stretches beyond that which is expected.
Read moreSouth African looking for work in Europe
Hi everybody,
My name is Henno Gous, and I am a qualified industrial engineer and Drupal web developer from South Africa. I will be moving to Europe with my wife in in March/April 2014 and I'm looking for work. The actual location where I find a job will probably determine where we move to... we're open for suggestions :)
I'm currently finishing my Ph.D in industrial engineering, focussing on innovation management. I have also worked as an internet strategist, business analyst and web developer over the last 6 years and I have extensive knowledge of the Drupal platform.
Read moreMultiple images for a content type
hi all
i'm working on a product catalog for a store in drupal7.
for the products, we've got a number of gallery images which i'm currently handling in the content type as field_images and within the feed import as 'image1,image2,image3'.
the curve ball we've recently been dealt is that our product gallery images are now pairs of images so the client can specify a different file which can be used for the crop image.
feed import as 'image1|alt_image1,image2|alt_image2,image3|alt_image3'.

Best way to test live site without using Maintenance Mode?
Can anyone advise the best way to test a 'live' site without having to go into Maintenance Mode?
Basically I just want to ensure that it doesn't appear on search engines or get listed, and if there is something that is advised it needs to be something that won't be to the detriment of the site indexed/listed when I actually want it to.
For those that might be questioning why I want to do this without using MM is basically to test a Facebook login to see how it works and performs etc.
Thanks
Stephen
Read moreD7 'Aggregate and Compress CSS Files' - live site losing styles???
Hi
Everytime I select 'Aggregate and Compress CSS Files' in D7 Performance settings on my live site I'm instantly losing my styles. However on my local machine this does not happen. Interestingly this only happens on my live site when I have my sub-theme of Bartik selected. If I use the default Bartik theme there is no issue. I've searched Google and found a plethora of possibilities but I still haven't found the solution. If anyone could advise it would greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Stephen
