Contract template for Independent Contractor

Does anyone out there have a contract template they are willing to share? Can you point me to posts or information I should read that you have found helpful when contracting for advanced Drupal development?

I have been using my own for years and feel like I want to look at something a little more Drupal specific for the jobs I take that are contracted and not salaried or retained...

Any input is appreciated!

Answering this need is definitely one of LA Drupal's goals. We have a few sample contracts at http://ladrupal.org/resources/contracts and I'd love to see this thread help raise interest in our resources section.

We use AIGA form as a starting point

Coming from a design background we used an AIGA form.

I highly recommend reading all the introductory material before jumping to the actual contract on page 29.
