Hey Everyone.

Jassen and I (Intrinsic Web Designs) are hosting a Long Beach meetup at our home Saturday April 9, 2011 from 6pm to 8pm. This is a casual meetup. There will be no formal presentations or schedule. You are welcome to come and bring something to show or work on. We will sponsor beer and pizza. Just come and network and have fun. We are located at the 605 and Del Amo. sounds fun! I'll come prepared to listen. I can also be prepared to talk about something drupalish if anyone wants... git, drush, theming, subtheming, Zen, Fusion, grids, favorite modules, SEO, HTML5, CSS3, and VOIP. requests?

Hi Nicole!

I only wish I were in California for this, I would totally be there! Looks like fun, too, although I'd probably like to nerdify it somewhat by talking theming, Zen, Fusion, CSS3, etc., etc., like described above. I write from the Albuquerque Airport, my flight to Newark is in a couple hours.

I'll be attending East Coast Drupal meetups, if there are any, and working remotely in various cafes, universities, and restaurants. Already, I have plans to meet up with some East Coast Drupal folks.

Sheez... a few years ago I would be dressed to the 9's in 5-inch heels and a trench coat, traipsing along Manhattan or fashion-y areas, but now I have absolutely no desire but to trot along town in old jeans, a flannel, and Macbook in tow- to work on general web nerdiness.
