Hi Everybody,
Hope everyone is well. I am new to this forum and Drupal.
I am trying to build a website very similar to Yelp.com's architecture and user functions/navigations. Would Drupal be a good platform to build this website? Any input, advice and suggestion would be very appreciated.
Thanks :)
Scott

I would love to see a YELP-like theme available on drupal
I think adding a YELP-like theme to the resources would be a great addition to Drupal for attracting more users.
not familiar enough with Yelp
Hi Scott- I'm not familiar enough with Yelp to know what kind of effort would be required, or what modules are already built that might help you, but honestly, Drupal is as much as framework as it is a CMS. I'm sure it could be used to build it. I'm not sure if Druapl is "the best" starting point without knowing more.
If it is a good fit... welcome to the community. I hope you join us at a meeting soon. Cheers!
