Drupal Modules & Related Software

SwitchTheme module - used to swap a theme and was mentioned as a solution for mobile sites.
Browscap module - provides reports of web browser visiting your Drupal site (a.k.a. User Agents). Could be used with SwitchTheme module for mobile devices.
Firebug Lite module - debug CSS/HTML/JavaScript in any browser a little easier. Based on Firebug for Firefox, a popular industry tool for front-end developers/designers. Get Firebug Lite without the Drupal module at http://getfirebug.com
Drush software - Professional Drupal administration software. Command-line (Terminal) control over updating and installing Drupal and any of its modules. Turn Drupal maintenance from hours into seconds!
