What time?

I just noticed the monthly meetup cancellation. So thanks for this heads up. I'm not quite sure what TIME an "after dark" starts if there is no meeting before it. Should I plan on getting there around 9:00?

It'll be after 7:30pm

Strange, the start time should have been showing up. We'll be aiming to start the evening at 7:30pm and go from there.

My mistake

Okay . . . I missed it. It says 7:30. I may not get there until 8:30 or so.

I'll probably show up a

I'll probably show up a little late as well.

A note

Well . . . a few things unrelated to Drupal . . .

Congatulations to Ashok for the impending birth of your child. Why didn't I KNOW that you were married and about to have a kid?

To Jeremy . . . yep, I used to work on the Space Shuttle in one of my former lives . . . and I shuttled a Space Shuttle heat exchange coil from El Segundo to Long Beach in a decrepid VW Bug to have it's weld's xrayed before it was shipped (probably to Rocketdyne). A $28,000 part in a $600 car. I have always wondered whether my insurance would have covered it if I had got into an accident. I need to go to the California Science Center to visit some of my Space Shuttle handiwork.

To Valerie . . . Thanks for the story about a bucket full of frogs that your little sister unleashed in your bedroom. It reminded me of going to an open mic night with a teenager who sang an original tune titled "kettle of frogs" (with the refrain "Kettle of frogs, under my bed"). The usual idiom is "kettle of fish," but "Kettle of Frogs" might make a great name for the Pantheon "test box" site that I am thinking of creating.

I suppose I should have something to say about Drupal . . . but later.
