Dallas Drupal Days this weekend Fri and Sat

Hi, just a quick note about the Dallas Drupal Days this weekend: they added some more sessions just today.

It's a pretty good deal for $35/day. Friday is business-y, and Saturday is technical-y.

Thursday night Austin Drupal Study/Work Group?

At the last Drupal User Group in Austin, there was talk about coders getting together to work on their own projects Thursday nights. I haven't seen anything here or in the meetup.

Is anyone else interested in meeting up on Thursdays for some quiet study/work time on Drupal projects?

If you are, let's pick a venue and do it!

Southwest Drupal Summit - Houston Jan 27-28, 2011

If you don't know, now you know: Drupal meet-up extraordinaire at the end of this month in Houston, Texas. It's a Thurs/Friday event, so your manager will happily foot the bill for this work-related training. Good for you, good for your organization:

There will be balloons, prizes, and buttered popcorn*.

I checked the Central Texas g.d.o group and didn't see a related posting..

  • I am not an official for the summit, and I can neither confirm nor deny whether there will be balloons, prizes, or buttered popcorn.

See you in Houston!

Attached is the presentation from last night but you will have to download the zip of files from last night from my website, since this form doesn't allow zip compressed files. They can be found at

Please let me know what questions you have and I will be happy to answer them as best I can.

Thanks again,
