Mediaspan Software
I have currently been pulled into developing a site for a local newspaper that uses Mediaspan software to publish their paper. I am a developer, not a newspaper person, so I am not familiar with this particular application. Does anyone else use this, and if so, is there an easy way to export articles out of it into a Drupal site?
Also, is the Classified module worthy?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Both of these environments are powered by Drupal exclusively.

Providing Coverage of the Tahoe Fire Without Reporters
As some of you know, I work for the University of Nevada's Reynolds School of Journalism. I’ve been working with their graduate program to develop OurTahoe.org as well as individual graduate student projects looking at the new ways "Web2.0" technologies can be used by journalists. Some of the projects resulted in Drupal modules like Promise.

For an upcoming citizen journalism project we need to set up a moderation procedure for stories that is not cumbersome. Moderation can be done in many ways in Drupal.
Can anyone suggest the best module combo that can do this?
TIA.
