I'm driving Sat and Sun from Long Beach to the camp. Any Long Beach campers need a lift, let me know. I can take 3 others.
May not stay all day Sunday, FYI, but will stay full day Sat, and returning that evening.

The Metro Blue Line stops, literally, in front of the Convention Center and you'll save the $12/day parking.

I'm in Long Beach, and was planning on carpooling with a buddy coming from Utah. I had also considered metro. I'm just not sure how late they run. But its a straight run from LB to LACC. Might be nice to go as a group on the train

I'd like to try the train too. I'd be willing to go with a group on the train, but not by myself. I am in Lakewood next door to LB.

Go Metro
I think it runs until 12am or 1am. In any case, I'm coming from Orange County and I'm likely taking the light rail from Long Beach (via a bus connection). I've taken the Blue Line many times and it's fun. Just bring headphones.
Depending on how much stuff
Depending on how much stuff I have to bring (costume changes, make-up, a donkey), I would be into going as a group on the train, too. Will know more in the next day what I need to bring, but train sounds fun!

If anyone in LB wants to take the train still, I would like to go. We should decide what station to meet at and what time. I am close to Del Amo Station (Del Amo and Santa Fe) and I know that train leaves Del Amo at 9:55 and ends up at Pico station at 9:28. Anyone want to meet up there? If I take the train, I am planning on leaving on Sat at 4pm and taking the blue line from Pico at 4:20. I am up for meeting at a different station if one is more central to the group. Let me know, otherwise I will just drive.

Coming from Huntington Beach to LB for the Blue Line
I was planning on driving up to Long Beach to take the train. Coming up from Huntington Beach. I drive nearly every day from HB to Hollywood, I'd be nice to change it up a little and take the train. Bonus to not having to deal with the street closures!!
