This story is about Drupal, I swear...
A few years ago I found someone who has the same name as me had been replacing my ranks on Google. I immediately declared war and started my recon. I found out this person was up in Canada and is a politician. I felt at the time that a search ranking war was about to grow, on both ends. While I applaud anyone who helps in community and their local governments, I didn't want to loose any Google karma.
The funny thing, today, for no reason at all, I decided to view my nemesis' website, and a quick check of the page code revealed my northern clone was using Drupal! Bright sunny day. I thought this was not ironic but a fun point about Drupal, the point that it is everywhere now.
Good job to all of us involved, using, and pushing for Drupal. Rock on folks!

Could it be that in your sleep you post and create web sites as a Canadian? Yes it sounds unbelievable but I've heard of people doing amazing things whilst asleep. And it would certainly explain a lot as well as speak to your phenomenal abilities as a web designer (and politician).

Hopefully, you have the upper hand with your Drupal SEO. Those modules are really powerful stuff and pretty easy to use. One tactic I have been using is joining all the social networking sites to dominate the SERP's. For example my Facebook, Linkedin, and DrupalCon DC profile pages appear on page one right under my personal site. Any little bit helps I guess.
