The Drupal Users Group in New Hampshire is hosting a Drupal Camp on Saturday Sept 21 and a code sprint on Sunday Sept 22 in Portsmouth NH.

The sprint is scheduled for Saturday, August 10th, 2013. We will discuss and contribute to the Drupal 8 release.

The event is organized by the Drupal CIS Association (http://drupalcis.org/)

The objectives of the event:
- make Drupal betterl
- gather teams of like-minded developers to promote communities of CIS countries on drupal.org.
- get to know/ have fun

Date: August 10. Beginning at 11:00 am.

If you want:
- make drupal better,
- actively interested in its development,
- or you want to improve profile on drupal.org,
- or participate in team work,

The sprint is scheduled for Saturday, June 15th, 2013 at the Urban Center in Bologna (Italy). We will discuss and contribute to the Drupal 8 release.

The event is organized by the Drupal Italia Association (http://www.drupalitalia.org/) and promoted by Incredibol (http://www.incredibol.net/), a project promoted by the Municipality of Bologna whose purpose is to promote innovation and growth of the creative sector in Bologna and Emilia-Romagna.

Drupal 8 is nu in feature freeze en daarom vinden over de hele wereld sprints plaats tijdens het weekend van 9 en 10 maart (http://groups.drupal.org/node/277768).

Op zaterdag 9 maart organiseren Bart Feenstra (Xano) en Erik Stielstra (Sutharsan) een sprint in Enschede. We zullen enkele ontwikkelingen van Drupal 8 bespreken en onze kennis in de praktijk toepassen door te helpen aan Drupal core. Er zijn diverse taken waar we mee bezig zullen gaan:
- patches schrijven
- change records/documentatie schrijven en verbeteren
- de interface testen

Droplabs is happy to host Drupal Sprint Weekend: Los Angeles on Saturday and Sunday, March 9 & 10, 2013. On Saturday, coffee and pastries are being sponsored by Exaltation of Larks and lunch will be provided by Princess Cruises.

What's a "code sprint"?

Code sprints are organized events where attendees meet online or in person (and sometimes both) and work toward a shared goal.

Local area organizers have produced several code sprints in recent history, including sprints focused on building the SCALE conference website, resolving issues in the Drupal 7 issue queue and updating the Conference Organizing Distribution (COD) project to Drupal 7.

What's this code sprint about?

Good question! There will be 4 separate themes at this event:

• The Droplabs Operations Management Group (OMG) is hosting a code sprint for advancing Otto, a Drupal-based coworking space management system, towards its first public release;
• Jen Lampton, who ran the Twig code sprint at Drupal Design Camp LA (the last code sprint before Twig was committed to Drupal core!), has asked Droplabs to be a remote location for Twig Sprint. Droplabs is providing a venue and resources for anyone who's interested in participating;
• Members of the Greater Los Angeles Area Drupal Camp (GLADCamp) organizing team will be working on the GLADCamp website and adding content about the conference, including sponsorship levels, hotel information, and local attractions;
• Droplabs will also provide a FREE mentored Drupal training using Build a Module videos. Just bring your laptop and a pair of headphones. A Droplabs staff member will set up you with a day pass.
