Research into if there is a Web Development Industry Culture - Participants Needed!

Hello,

As a final year student of International Business, I am conducting a research into the organisational culture of firms within the web development industry. Your insight on the subject would be very useful to this end. I will need several participants from each organisation to complete a questionnaire, taking roughly 30 minutes.
When I get the data, I’ll be able to provide the results back to all participant organisations, showing them what their culture is, and how it compares to other web development firms.

Student portal in Drupal

Our Drupal team has recently been tasked with building a Student Portal for the campus. It will need to pull data from enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft (student data) and Desire2Learn (LMS), as well as other Drupal sites (news and events). I was wondering if anyone in this group has built, or is currently building, a student portal in Drupal? If so, I'd love to hear about your experience.

Low turn out of college professors

Why there are very less number of college professors/lecturers from India joining drupal groups? If quality of education(especially in India) needs to improve, I think they should be more thronging into open source groups like in drupal groups.

Any ideas to make this happen?

Regards
Babu

One on one Drupal tutoring

Many people have asked me to teach them Drupal. I am hoping my new site will be useful to those who want to teach and those who wish to learn the fabulous thing called Drupal - in a one on one environment, locally!

I am building a learning/teaching resources hub at drupalconnection.com
Drupal Kitchen is a part of the hub and is now open for people to meet and learn Drupal.

I would love any feedback and/or offers of help to increase the usefulness of this site for the community!

This is my first Drupal site for the community, so I am open to suggestions at making it better!!!
