Qualifications:
€ Strong graphic design portfolio
€ Demonstrated knowledge of web standards (xhtml and css)
€ Experience with web UI design
€ Some knowledge of Drupal CMS preferred, but not required
€ Non-profit sector experience preferred
€ Interest in web-based video distribution
JOB DESCRIPTION
MNN Youth Channel is seeking a freelance graphic & web designer to
design a logo, graphics, and web user interface for a new drupal-based
website, which will serve as a hub for a grant-funded youth media
digital distribution project connecting Youth Media Access Centers
across the country. This is a temporary position with finite objectives
including:
€ Creating a logo and overall design specific to the NYMAP/DDN project
€ Assisting the IT Director and Project Coordinator with Drupal-based
site creation
€ Editing & Formatting provided text to the website
Pay: $30/hr.*
Start date: ASAP
