Final DrupalcampNYC10 Organizers Planning Meeting
We're in the homestretch with just a few days left. This will be a face-to-face meetup at DPCI, 1560 Broadway, Suite 810.
At this meeting we will go over:
- The Day-of-Conference Guide document that I am creating with inputs from Scott and Brian. This will include who is 'captain' of which areas of the camp, who the volunteers are, how things will need to be organized, emergency management plan, etc.
DrupalCampNYC 10 is This Week!
DrupalCampNYC 10 will be the largest New York City Camp to date, with 500 anticipated attendees and over 30 high-quality sessions across a spectrum of Drupal-related disciplines.
It's all happening this Saturday, December 10, 2011 starting at 9 am EST at John Jay College, located at 899 Tenth Avenue in Manhattan, between 58th and 59th Streets. Registered attendees will not only be able to participate in a full day of top-notch Drupal presentations from some of the finest minds in our community, but will receive breakfast and lunch as well as a commemorative t-shirt.

We need volunteers for the day-of the conference. We have defined volunteer slots on this Google Doc. If you are a registered attendee and would like to help out in some way on the day of the camp, please put your name down on the volunteer spreadsheet.
This camp is an ambitious undertaking, with an anticipated attendance of 500 people coming from all over the region. Consequently, the logistics are going to be quite daunting, and we need your help.

First thing's first...your fellow Drupalistas have proposed a whole slew of fantastic sessions. Voting on sessions closes Saturday. Check'em out and get your votes in!
Once the votes are reviewed, the camp content coordinators going to settle in with their leftover turkey and choose the sessions you'll be seeing on December 10th. The official conference schedule will be posted Monday, November 28th.
