I've created this page to help the Drupalcamp 10 NYC organizers centralize the links to the pertinent planning documents that we are creating. For this particular camp, we have standardized our documentation tools on Google Docs. That is not necessarily what we'll be using in future camps, but this is what we're using now to keep it simple.
There are a few types of documents here. The first are planning documents themselves. The second are minutes to meetings, which may have consensus information on any decisions made throughout the planning process. It is our hope that this process will be fully auditable by interested parties in the community.
If any deficiencies are found in this process or materials, please report them to us - we have one organizer, WillyK, who is documenting best practices for future camps as we move forward from this one.
NOTE TO OTHER PLANNERS: We are missing minutes from meetings that have been held. These include the proceedings from the system architecture planning and host provider decision meetings. These are auditable meetings and links need to be posted here. Please do so at your earliest convenience. If there are any other meetings with minutes that I did not create but you may have, please feel free to post them here.
To avoid ambiguity, please do not post any camp planning documents here until we have had a chance to speak about it. Since we will be using COD for the camp site and RedMine as the project management tool, this wiki is really going to just serve as a permanent record of links to important camp documents and should NOT be used as a central place for work-in-progress (WIP) activity.
