We are heading into the final few weeks before Drupalcamp and there is much to be done. We will hold a call this Sunday November 13th at 7pm - 8pm.

Our conference call will cover the following topics:

  1. PR/Marketing -- there is a sequence of communications to the community that Amy documented before heading out on vacation. Willy has graciously consented to take that over in Amy's absence. Willy will go over those milestones for us (one of which happens on 11/14/11, the day after our call

  2. Session selections -- To stay consistent with our goal of transparency on this camp, we need a simple statement of how sessions are being selected. We'll take a few minutes to discuss this on the call as well as where we need to document the result.

  3. Finalizing Food - report from Scott and Brian

  4. T-shirt finalized costs - report from Forest

  5. Camp guide-book design/production, badges -- Progress update from Mark as well as a timeline from Robbie on when the final session names and room assignments will be ready.

  6. Printing - Bob Phelps consented to get bids/quotes for the guide printing. Quick recap of our expectations, budget, and deadline for this work

  7. Update on smartphone session schedule app -- When will we see a beta?

  8. After-party -- nobody has done work on this, so a decision whether we just put it out to the sponsors to throw whatever party(ies) they want, OR somebody needs to do the legwork to make this happen.
