User group meeting
Our November meetup is on the calendar. We are meeting on our normal Wednesday.
I'd like to explore a "contrib" format. If you are interested in exploring ways to contribute to open source then this will be of interest to you. Lets take an issue out on Drupal.org and discuss and possibly implement a solution, together.
Some things we will review:
- Identifying novice issues in the issue queue.
- Reviewing the state of issues.
- How to develop a patch using git.
- If we are successful demonstrate how to post a patch to an issue. If you have an issue that you know of please bring it with you to the meetup and we can explore.
