- We established a meeting time
- Approved By laws 100% unanimous Shawn will send out PDF version and post for the community
- Nominated and voted on board: Vote was unanimous

- Motion to open a bank account at Chase: Vote was unanimous
- Shawn and Ho Ling to meet and open account
- Motion made Shawn or Alex to reach out to owner of drupal.nyc to transfer domain ownership. Vote was unanimous.
- We shall file with IRS as a 5013c
- Register to solicit contributions.
- File with NYS to be exempt from excise tax
- Discussed what makes a public charity and what we need to avoid.
- Reviewed and decided on a gift acceptance policy. Vote was unanimous. PDF to be posted.
- Discussed a support member program. We agreed this is a good idea. This will allow the community to show support with a non-voting membership in DrupalNYC We will further discuss this in Slack. No resolution.

- Account opened at Chase, funds transferred Balance :$7,000* estimated
- Shawn started a google doc of expenses and Income re: Chart of accounts Ho Ling needs some help with keeping the books
- The IRS approved us, waiting on determination letter. This will give us G-suite for Nonprofits
- Terms. For teh first set of terms, we are breaking down the terms so we do not have a full turnover each year Gravita will serve 1 year, Scott will serve 2 , and Kris 3 year term
- Gravita – will seek out a person to work on Supporting Member campaign
- Scott and Kris to help recruit a Drupal camp lead. Joe to transfer knowledge to new persons
- Drupal.nyc. The personwho owns the domain has not responded. Our options:
- Send a letter to the with Dries emails showing we are authoprized to use teh name and we are a non profit. The person has mentioned before he will turn over the domain to a sanctioned non profit.
- Have Dries act onthis as he has legal standing.
- Vistthe person in person
- File a comaplain with .nyc
- Take other legal action
- Next Board meeting is July 17th
