Need Polling App to Expose to Drupal 6 and Facebook

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I am looking for a polling module that:

  • I can place on my Drupal 6 install web site
  • Allows us to seed the poll with a couple choices
  • Allows readers to add their own choices
  • Allows readers to vote on their choices (once or once a day)
  • Can be put up on Facebook as an app
    • Facebook users can vote (once or once a day)
    • Facebook users can add their choices
    • Facebook users can share the poll with friends
  • Shows results on Facebook and web
  • Is easy to create many polls

Does this exist? If not, does someone want to help me build it?
