If no one has a more pressing need, I like to get a better understanding of how file security is implemented specifically in an Apache environment. More specifically, someone has previously stated that a search engine robot can see files that a browser can not. How do you simulate what a robot can see to validate your security?

I use Content Access and ACL to protect node and file content and as best as I can tell, it works.

For example, if a robot can see all files, then what is this a picture of?
