Note: if you're currently a coordinator for DCNYC10, please make sure you can attend as we will be finalizing roles in this meeting.

refinement of agenda (merging the event data from earlier node)
Purpose of this meeting is to continue working on the Drupalcamp 10 NYC, which we are projecting to be held in December, 2011 as a larger (app. 500 ppl) conference.
Proposed Agenda:
Venue update/finalizing location and conference date
Finalizing roles and responsibilities
Review of COD, with ezra-g on hand to answer any questions includes discussion of domain name for site as well as hosting options/decision
Camp10's website update from Forest and Mark
IF TIME, discussion on whither Open Atrium or some other tool
Please note that I took the discussion of project plan/tasks off this meeting since I think we have to gain consensus on the items above before we proceed on anything.
