This all started with me taking to Christina at iVillage, and we both realized we like Drupal and dislike Krang.

Once I got a-thinkin', I realized that all of the drupal people I know should meet and have a few drinks. Good olde fashioned alcohol lubricated networking.

iVillage is gearing up for 28M drupal pageviews come January 5th from a dead stop. Christina and the rest of the team can fill us in.

Pete can tell us about the trials and tribulations about migrating such storied titles as hog farmer into Drupal.

I'm interested in meeting these teams and especially seeing what iVillage has been up to, since the project is new to me, and that's a lot of pageviews! I also want to discuss and get feedback on a prototype site of my own, which I want to release to a limited audience soon.

One question: Tuesday is actually December 23. Is that the date you meant to type?

I'd love to make it, but I'll be out of town for the holidays (as I'm sure a lot of others will be). It would be great to see another event like this after the 1st of the year!

My first social meeting with this group so far and I had a good time connecting with others, I just couldn't figure out who was farting so much. anyways, looking forward to more social meet-ups just not so much the farting :D
