Anyone tried Ubercart for Drupal 6 yet? On Jan 2 they posted beta 2, less than a one month cycle for that beta round and I'm thinking of making the plunge-- their D5 releases have treated me well. And I can't wait to integrate Ubercart sites with Views 2 goodness!
I'd appreciate any reports from the field.

I installed it locally on
I installed it locally on Monday, and it seems excellent. It's the first time I've tried ubercart though, I've always used ecommerce before. I've not got as far as testing with my paypal sandbox, but everything else seems to be working smoothly. Best place to find out for sure though would be in the ubercart issues queue (which is looking pretty positive).

testing Paypal
I need to test a non-Drupal (and believe me, I wish it were!) site on Paypal, just straight testing no developing anything by me, and I couldn't figure out how to just get a test card number in their sandbox without going through all sorts of irrelevant detours. Can anyone help with that?

This always trips me up,
This always trips me up, Jean. The gist of it is the dropdown menu for the Profile sub-tab on your account has an "Add or Edit Credit Card" option. You have to go there and add a card. However, before submitting the form to add the card, copy the CC number! They don't ever let you see the full thing again.
It's ridiculous.
fwiw, users in the forums
fwiw, users in the forums have been using D6 for a couple of months now. One company (Commerce Guys) is only using that now. You might search around the forums for other reports. Just be gracious, since it is still beta. ; ) We're actively working through the issue tracker and are making some awesome progress, but you might find the Wf-ng replacement (Conditional Actions) isn't quite feature complete yet in the conditions and actions is supports.
