We are at a midway point in the DrupalCampNYC10 planning and execution. There is a great deal for us to be proud of, but we also have a good deal of work ahead.
Here is the agenda for our next organizer's meeting. ALL are welcome to attend:

Clarify attendee/registration management. We need to go over waitlist procedures and any other registration considerations

Discussion on the guide book we'll be putting together

An update on food/drink - apparently we put a number of food options in the ordering process so we now have to include all of those

An update on sponsorship (from me, and Rebecca/Willy if they can make it)

Any needs Robbie might have around content coordination, session evaluation

After-party venue ideas - we need to start scouting those

Beginning discussion of volunteer coordination - who will lead this, what categories do we need (we did some analysis of this from the LAST camp so we can look at this in a Google doc)

T-shirts apparently were placed on scope as well, so we now have to address delivering this item on budget (was not budgeted at the outset)
Let me know if I have missed anything. We can limit this meeting to 75 minutes, then if anyone is interested, go out for a few drinks locally.
Meeting will be held at DPCI, 1560 Broadway, Suite 810 (entrance on West 46th street in the Actor's Equity Building). Please sign up in advance so we know who's coming. Beer and snacks will be served.
