Our September meetup is scheduled for our normal third Wednesday of the month, Sept 18th @ 7pm at our normal location, Infosys International (address below).
Our agenda can take two paths. We can either do a BOF format, where we all sit and discuss current issues / trends OR we can have a talk. Mike Marzovilla still has his panels talk available.
We are open to suggestions and ideas. I do have some giveaways available to anyone that wants to do a talk... :)
Rough agenda below:
7:00-7:30pm - Introductions, arrivals, and networking
7:30-8:00pm - Birds of a Feather discussion - bring your problems and solutions and lets talk.
8:00-8:30pm - Pizza, Q/A, and discussion
8:30-9:00pm - Leveraging Panels for powerful (responsive) layouts - Mike Marzovilla (tenative)

Panels Talk / BOF
Sorry for the late reply. I have a demo site spun up to show some of the basics of panels. Perhaps we can do the Panels talk from 7:30-8:00 and then have a BOF/Pizza/QA from 8:00-9:00
Just an option but I am open to whatever the group wants to do.

Wrong time
I got a notice that the meeting was from 17:00 to 19:00 EST when in actuality it is 19:00 to 21:00.
This might make a difference for some people who were sent reminder messages. I almost had to cancel and then I came to this page and saw that the meeting does begin at 7pm.

I'm sorry I missed the meeting this month. I was interested in meeting with everyone, and particularly interested in hearing the panels discussions, but I had a family emergency.

No problem. We had a good meetup. Mike provided a general overview of panels and we had a rich discussion regarding a bunch of other topics surrounding panels and the like.
We also managed to get a solid layout for talks for months to come. I will be posting the next meetup in a few days.
