What's a Drupal Ladder?
The Drupal Ladder project [ http://drupalladder.org/ ] is part of an initiative to help Drupal users get started learning and contributing back to Drupal. The stated goal is to get "just" 1% of active users on drupal.org to contribute to Drupal core by the end of 2014. This is a great way to learn about and contribute to Drupal 8.
