  • NYC Camp 14
    The 14th camp organized by the New York community was the biggest and best ever, with 100 registered attendees coming to the United Nations for 4 days of Drupal and Open Source learning. We'll go over conference highlights, prepare for our sunset meeting next week (May 12) and look forward to next year's NYC Camp 15.

    NYC Camp 15 planning discussion - informal, ad hoc discussion about NYC Camp which is planned for March 2015.

  • LIGHTNING ROUNDS
    Have a topic you can present in 5 minutes (with 5 more minutes for questions)? The basic idea is there are patterns for developing sites the "drupal" way ("what would drupal do? etc."). Tell us a quick 5 minute recipe for how to put the Drupal "bricks" together. Theming techniques or other things may also be appropriate. Propose it below in comments. Make sure you mention it is for the "lightning round" otherwise it might get confused with a longer presentation. Lightning rounds do not have to be related to this month's topic

  • Main Presentations
    Have a topic that needs more then 5 minutes, we have slots of 20-30 minute talks. The basic idea is there are broader subjects or more detailed discussions this is the type of talk you would want to signup for, please mention 20 min talk when posting your talk description and the audience you expect to speak to. 20-30 min talks do not have to be related to this month's topic.

    • Breakout sessions take place in the "other room" and are more informal, covering any number of topics.

    We (myself plus 1) are very interested in meeting the Drupal community of NYC!

    We'll be flying in that afternoon, so not absolutely sure that we can make it on time or at all. Please do forgive us if we get lost, are delayed or don't show!

    If for some reason we can't make this meeting, does anyone want to meet up for coffee and conversation?

    Drupal.org login problem - Can someone please help?

    Unable to login with old ID/password. I requested a new password but never received one. (Yes, I searched spam). Unable to create new account with original ID/email (ID/email already in use). I believe I changed my original ID a while back from winderama to larryz.

    I created this new account with original ID, winderama but had to use my rarely used yahoo email, therefore if an email is sent, I will not see it in a timely manner. I am unable to replace/add the rarely used email with my original email, winderama@gmail.com, because again, "email is already in use". Can someone please help?

    If this is not the correct place to post this, can you tell where it should be posted?

    Reset on drupal.org

    Just to be certain, did you begin the password reset process on drupal.org? Since these sites use a single sign-on system you have to reset on the "master" site, which is drupal.org

    I found account https://drupal.org/user/325914 which appears to match the indicators of your "original" account. Try https://drupal.org/user/password and your original account which is now named "LarryZ".

    Problem is now resolved thanks to Lizz @ association.drupal.org. She sent me a password reset that worked.
