Hi guys, thanks for the invite! :)

I'll be giving a talk on the "Drupalgeddon" SQL injection vulnerability. You can read more about it here. If you're not familiar with Drupalgeddon, it was an SQL injection vulnerability detected in Drupal 4 months ago. It is widely regarded as the worst security vulnerability ever discovered in Drupal, and left millions of sites vulnerable to arbitrary code execution, data theft, vandalism, etc. I'll describe how this bug played out in the wild (spoiler alert: could have been worse) and give some tips on how you can harden your site against similar bugs in the future.

Views

netw3rker's picture

I don't mind putting together a quick talk about some of the harder areas of views, specifically around context filters and aggregation. (or any other area people are interested in hearing more about). Thats an area I find is really lacking when I audit projects, and is one of the more powerful aspects of Views/Drupal.

"Always do sober what you say you'll do drunk"

I heard a great quote the other day: "Always do sober what you say you'll do drunk". I'd love to live up to that and present tonight, but I'm getting stuck on an unexpected all nighter for work & won't be able to make it. I hate to bail last minute, but it looks like I'll have to. Sorry guys :(

Awesome

Call to DevOps

jon pugh's picture

I would like to give the presentation I have submitted to DrupalCon Loss Angeles:

A Call to DevOps: Unite with Open DevShop

https://events.drupal.org/losangeles2015/sessions/call-devops-unite-open...

This presentation gives a history lesson in web technology, an overview of the current state of Drupal devops, and is a call to arms to all devops to increase collaboration.

It's also a shameless plug for devshop.

Thanks!
