Informal Study Group / Weekly meetup for Devs to get together and learn D8 =)
Hosted @Phase2 starting Tues, April 19th @ 6pm and initially goes for 4 weeks.
Goals:
- Acquire skills in D8 module & theme development by focusing on solving exercises
- Not a lecture, informal group learning & mentoring
- Side Product = Produce light learning materials so that knowledge sharing is easier
Please only RSVP if you can attend all 4 sessions. Due to DrupalCon, the week of May 9th is skipped.

Hey all,
Wondering if we should change things up a bit for Tuesday's (5/17) Drupal 8 Study Group meeting: For those of you who attended DrupalCon, would you be interested in sharing what you learned with the group? Or sharing the notes you took / presentations you felt were memorable / left an impression?

Poll on frequency / meeting day for future Study groups
Hey all!
We just concluded our first set of Drupal 8 study group sessions! Big Thanks to everyone who attended over the 4 weeks, shared all those knowledge goodies and generally kicked butt as a fellow team member :D
It was a very supportive and collaborative environment, and I certainly learned a lot and enjoyed meeting new people and working together.
Since there's been interest in having future study groups, I've created a poll to gather feedback to better understand scheduling / next steps
