We're looking to double (yes, double) our local team with the addition of one (yes, one) entry level project manager/developer/partner. We're taking on an increasing amount of exciting projects and we need to grow our capacity. The ideal candidate has much to gain from working side by side with our experienced founder (yes, our founder is writing this but we like saying we) and will be passionate about playing a key role in growing our company and being a part of its success. You'll dive into web development, give oversight to our distributed team, and tackle all sorts of exciting issues as we put our company on the fast track. Our founder started at a young age in Seattle, and he brings over a decade of valuable experience and deep industry knowledge to the table. You'll gain tremendous skills by working with best-in-class technology and applying yourself to all aspects of the product development cycle, and the knowledge and skills you glean as we work together to pursue our goals will catapult you to the forefront of a rapidly evolving, exciting industry.
Qualifications:
- Must have a knack for and enjoy tinkering with web technologies
- Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP experience is great, but we know you'll pick it up quick if not
- We base a lot of what we do on Drupal -- experience or interest there is superb, but you'll become a superstar anyway
- (X)HTML and CSS skills are great, complementary skills to possess
- You should be open to and comfortable working beyond coding, i.e. some graphic design, systems administration
- You should be creative, have ideas, and be passionate about applying them
